Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Classes (MBSR):
A gold-standard, world-renowned 8-week intensive mindfulness class, this class is a great way to establish a mindfulness practice or deepen a floundering one. Many people take the class multiple times, finding that with each repetition, their practice deepens as layers of an onion are peeled away. Our teacher, Robin Stutzman, is a senior teacher with over 15 years of experience and certification as an advanced teacher trainer in mindfulness-based interventions (ATTMBI).
